What do sponsors and exhibitors receive?

Exhibitors:

  1. Are recognized at the conference;
  2. Can distribute promotional information while meeting with conference attendees at their exhibitor booth;
  3. Receive valuable participant mailing labels;
  4. Can place a logo, marketing paragraph and a link to the company web site from the OSCPA online tradeshow;
  5. Receive breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks at most conferences for up to two representatives at most conferences; and
  6. Receive a six-foot display table and electrical outlet at the conference.

This conference hosts a mixture of government and public practicing CPAs. Fifty-three percent of attendees are in public practice with 20 percent attendees holding a manager-or-higher level position.

Spring Industry Conference

This conference features banking, healthcare and general industry tracks. Thirteen percent of attendees are chief financial officers, while another 10 percent are controllers. Five percent of attendees are presidents of their companies.

This conference attracts not only the OSCPA’s leadership, but also the leaders of the CPA profession. Attendees are in both public accounting and industry. Fifty-one percent of last year’s attendees were in management positions.
