OKLAHOMA CITY — A Tulsa, Okla. certified public accountant received the Distinguished CPA Award from the Tulsa Chapter of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs at the organization’s Annual Members Meeting on June 12 in Tulsa, Okla.

Dan B. Doyle, CPA, a member of the OSCPA since 1998, is the manager of enterprise general accounting for the Williams Companies in Tulsa.

He is an active member of the Tulsa Chapter, serving as chapter chair of the Members in Industry Committee and chapter co-chair of the Scholarship Committee. His community involvement includes organizing the Clear Creek Monastery Workday, serving as event coordinator for the Knowledge and Project Management Symposium and serving as financial secretary for the Knights of Columbus Council 1104.

The OSCPA Tulsa Chapter, which includes Creek, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington and Osage counties, selected its Distinguished CPA based on criteria measuring community involvement, professionalism and activism in the CPA profession.
