Chelsey Branham
Chelsey Branham is a member of the Chickasaw Nation with ancestral ties to both the Cherokee and Pawnee Nations. She specializes in public administration and public policy work, with over 15 years of experience in leadership development and facilitation in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, including as an honorable state legislator. She harnesses executive coaching and workforce training and development to facilitate the transformation of workplace cultures and enhance the missions of entities of all sizes. With an extensive strategic training and evaluation background, Branham works with organizational leaders to identify structural, institutional, and individual behaviors and policies that reinforce harmful systems and aids in the transition towards more equitable practices. Building bridges between communities and aiding in communication through conflict has led to her working with a range of audiences from cultivating more culturally appropriate and community-centered policies and practices with governments, to leading transformative workplace campaigns for national organizations. She is also a master’s level professor in the Smith College School of Social Work, and works to create space, support, and inclusion for Indigenous and other students of color, as well as bringing decolonized curriculum and accountability to students going into the field.
Branham holds a Bachelor of Art in Psychology and Religious Studies with minors in Women and Gender Studies and Anthropology and a Master of International Studies in International Economics and Development, both from the University of Oklahoma. She also holds a Business Institute Certificate from the LEAD Business Institute at Stanford.
David Cochran
David Cochran Dean of the School of Business & Technology at Newman University in Wichita, Kansas. He has lead the development of new undergraduate and graduate degree programs in Business Analytics and Data Science since 2018. During that time he has worked diligently to connect with regional business leaders — including leaders of accounting firms — to ensure that the curricula are in line with real needs in our market environment. He is passionate about leveraging the power of Data Science to better serve the needs of clients, customers, citizens, and stakeholders. He has established a strong community of regional data analytics leaders who consult one another regularly.
Brian Collins
Brian Collins started his career at Emprise Bank 18 years ago as a cost accountant. His interest in technology and bringing information through data to the wider business led him to become a manager of a technology team whose responsibility included creating reporting to various bank stakeholders. As the strategic importance of data and business intelligence increased, he was tasked with evolving the teams into a new department comprised of data analysts and data engineers. Over the last two years, Brian has expanded the team's capabilities from creating simple reports in software to supporting data workers in the cloud. The team has created a data lake for the bank, implemented a data lake house concept for future self-service dashboards. His team has created multiple data pipelines that support large scale data efforts ranging from data tables that feed PowerBI Dashboards to machine learning models at scale.
Joy Eakins
Joy Eakins passionately invests in her customers, team, and community as the President and Owner of Cornerstone Data in downtown Wichita. Since founding the company in 2008, she and her team have provided data analysis services to a number of business and civic leaders, including locally the City of Wichita, Kansas Leadership Center, and Forvis. During the Covid pandemic, Eakins’ contributed her analytic services to business, education and government leaders across Kansas. She helped provide context to the changing information, provided testimony to the Kansas legislature on numerous topics, and worked behind the scenes with school boards, public health officials, chambers and county commissioners to help them use data in their decision making.
Before moving to Wichita and founding her company, Eakins honed her programming, database design and analytical skills at a number of businesses, including Milliman, ICB Consulting, Bell Labs/Lucent Technologies, and Avaya. She holds an MS in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
Jodie Giocondi
Jodie Giocondi has been with INTRUST Bank for more than a decade creating strong relationships with customers through a range of business services. Currently, as a Treasury Relationship Manager, she supports companies by structuring cash management and payment processes that best suit their organization. In addition, she also manages the day-to-day needs of customers and provides onboarding for new customers. A quality experience tailored to the unique goals and designs of each business is her priority. She is active on the Board of Directors for Rainbow Fleet Child Care Resource and Referral as President-Elect, previously served on the board of the Central Oklahoma Clearing House Association (COCHA) and is a graduate of the 2021 class of Leadership Edmond.
Tom Kirkham
Tom Kirkham is the founder and CEO of IronTech Security, which provides cybersecurity defense systems and focuses on educating and encouraging organizations to establish a security-first environment. Kirkham brings more than three decades of software design, network administration, computer security and cybersecurity knowledge to organizations around the country. During his career, he has received multiple software design awards and founded other acclaimed technology businesses. Kirkham once had a software company that sold retail management software to the NSA, Sprint, AT&T and various premier golf clubs like Firestone and Pebble Beach. He is an active member of the FBI's Arkansas InfraGard Chapter and frequently speaks about the latest in security threats.
Khanh Pham
Khanh Pham started his career at INTRUST Bank in 2011. He is currently a Manager in the Data Analytics Department. During his tenure at INTRUST Bank he helped the company expand business insights into almost every department by developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.
He is a graduate of Wichita State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Finance and received an MBA at Newman University with an emphasis in Finance.
When he is not keeping busy with analytics, he is on the golf course or spending time with family and friends.
