10:25am - 12:05pm

David was a farm hand at the Lazy E Arena. His girlfriend dragged him into my office thirty years ago. I outlined a 7-Step plan for him to become a millionaire. He listened and started with $100 per month - an enormous amount for him at the time. He has come into the office every year for his annual review and followed the advice. This year we celebrated he was more than a millionaire.

  • Learn the most important step in the financial planning process and it is not financial.
  • Discuss the number one reason people fail financially and again it is not financial.
  • Understand how to invest wisely for long-term accumulation.

  • Determine what is most important to achieve professionally and personally.
  • Learn how to create effective balance in life.

  • Incorporate an effective, polite way of saying “no” to unimportant distractions.
