Sharon C. Blaho

Sheri Blaho, CPA,<b/> is the vice president of sales and marketing at CS3 Technology. She graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa and has experience with accounting, system design, programming, management consulting and sales and marketing. Previously, she owned a technology company for 20 years, selling software, hardware and programming. Blaho is a member of the Tulsa Chapter of the American Marketing Association and Board Member of the Tulsa IMA.

Andy B. Cromer

Andy Cromer, CPA, has overseen and partnered audits in governmental and manufacturing industries since 1992 and is a frequent speaker at client, firm, and OSCPA events and conferences.

Erin Cunningham

Erin Cunningham is the Business Process Analyst for the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team at Paycom Software, Inc. in Oklahoma City. Her responsibilities include assessing processes to determine suitability, translating business requirements into design specifications, and integrating RPA work with the Process Improvement (PI) team and PI work throughout the organization.

Previously, Cunningham worked as a Continuous Improvement Consultant at INTEGRIS Health. She led and facilitated improvement initiatives to increase process efficiency, achieve better patient outcomes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Additionally, she coached and trained caregivers at all levels of the organization on Lean Six Sigma principles and other improvement tools and methodologies.

Cunningham received her MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma and her undergraduate degree in industrial engineering and management from Oklahoma State University.

Jake Lamb

Jake Lamb is a Manager of Product Management at Paycom Software, Inc. in Oklahoma City, where he has responsibility for the direction and design for all internally-facing products – including Robotic Process Automation (RPA). He previously worked as the Manager of Process Automation at Paycom, where he led the RPA program as the product owner.

Before coming to Paycom, Lamb started and led the RPA program at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores, where he was an IT Business Systems Lead. Before working on RPA, he led several multimillion-dollar technology projects to support new business lines and ERP implementations as an IT Project Manager at Love's.

Lamb received his MBA from the University of Oklahoma and his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma City University.

Carl McKittrick

Carl McKittrick II, CC:SFE, has more than 20 years of experience helping businesses identify and implement the technology, services, processes and strategic partnerships needed to achieve specific goals. He holds professional certifications in Microsoft and Cyber Security Engineering, and his goal is to help clients implement the best technology and processes for keeping communication, information and revenue flowing securely and efficiently into, from and throughout their organizations.

Juston Michealson

Juston Michealson<b/> is a Sales Consultant at CS3 Technology and public speaker for CS3 Advisors. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with degrees in public relations and communications in 2010. He started out selling big datacenter hardware and has worked in technology sales ever since. He now sells anything from data solutions to full suite HCM and ERP. Michealson lives in Springdale, Ark. with his wife and daughter.
