John Cottengim
John Cottengim is the Administrator of Gross Production Tax for the State of Oklahoma. After Graduating in 2005 from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Economics he began his career in Gross Production. Over the past 17 years he has learned every aspect of gross production working on numerous projects and enhancements over the years. He is currently leading the integration of Gross Production into the GenTax system currently utilized by the rest of the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
