Three words - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - you may have heard in one order or another. What do these mean? How do they play out? What is the risk to missing the mark? In this workshop you will learn an overview of these terms and the roadmap to equitable programming. You will also hear about the value-add integrating these concepts create for your workforce and organization's brand. Conversely, understand the risk of not leaning in.
