Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) Chairman Clark Jolley submitted his resignation to Governor Stitt Friday, effective Nov. 1, 2021.
Jolley served on the OTC for four and a half years.
According to the OTC, the Tax Commission achieved great strides by improving efficiency and transparency, and strengthened customer service with an enhanced 24/7 online environment during Jolley's tenure.
Under Commissioner Jolley, the OTC pioneered a new robust anti-fraud system and saved significant taxpayer dollars by cutting its permanent real estate costs while improving the internal culture for employees.
“I am thankful for Clark Jolley’s many years of service to our state, and I wish him the best in his next chapter,” said Gov. Stitt.
The OTC shared Jolley's letter of resignation. At this time, his replacement has not been announced.
