May 2, 2016 Please review these commonly asked questions.

When are my materials due?
Your bio, head shot, exact session title and session objectives will be due approximately 13 weeks (or 3 months) prior to the conference date. Please submit these details to the CPE Department via our Leader and Session Information Form.

Your session materials (PowerPoint, outline, etc.) will be due approximately 4 weeks (or 1 month) prior to the conference date. Further information can be found in the Speaker Portal regarding your session Materials.

*Please check the email from the CPE Department for specific dates for each event.*

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your presentation. Be sure to check in with an OSCPA staff member at the registration table.

What should I wear?
Business casual attire is recommended.

Do I have to register for the program if I am speaking?
As a speaker, you will receive complimentary registration to attend the entire program, including any breakfast or lunch that is served.

What did attendees think of my presentation?
We will send you feedback collected from the attendee survey within a month of the event.

Forms and Policies

May 1, 2016 Download the following forms:

Submit your Discussion Leader and Session Form to the CPE Department. Forms are typically due 13 weeks (or 3 months) prior to an event date, but please check your email for event specifics.

All speakers must sign and submit a Discussion Leader Agreement to the CPE Department. Please submit this form along with your Leader and Session Information Form, if possible.

Submit the Leader Reimbursement Request Form to the CPE Department within 60 days of the event.

Audio/Visual and Room Layout

April 30, 2016 Contact the Learning Manager, Conferences for additional needs, beyond what is listed below.

  • Meeting rooms are generally set in classroom style with middle and side aisles.
  • A lapel microphone, podium and presentation remote will be provided.
  • A screen and projector will also be provided. Two screens and projectors will be provided for large general session rooms.
  • You are welcome to use an OSCPA laptop or bring and use your own laptop instead.


To adhere to requirements for issuing CPE credit, you must provide materials with your presentation in the form of a PowerPoint, outline or other related documents.
