OSCPA Chapters

Impacting their communities, the membership of OSCPA's 13 local chapters meet regularly to create a wide variety of local opportunities. Chapter members work hard to stay current on local government issues affecting members. They arrange technical programs to provide members with additional opportunities for CPE credit, and organize networking opportunities. They also strive to shape the future of the profession by offering scholarships to local students. Chapter Distinguished C.P.A. Awards

The OSCPA encourages chapters to recognize chapter members who have distinguished themselves through outstanding Community Involvement, Professionalism and Activism in the profession. All OSCPA chapters are eligible to choose an award winner each year. Recipients must be members in good standing of both the chapter and the OSCPA and should be chosen by chapter leadership or a special selection committee using selection criteria consistent with the intent of the award. The award will be presented each year at the OSCPA Annual Members Meeting and award winners will be featured in CPAFOCUS and in news releases to local media. Award plaques will be provided to chapters by the OSCPA.

Chapters should select a recipient for their chapter's "Distinguished CPA Award" and submit the winner's nomination form to the OSCPA.
