OSCPA Members Inducted into OSU Accounting Hall of Fame

In a resounding acknowledgment of their outstanding contributions to our field, Jack Murray, CPA, and Randy Mecklenburg, CPA, have been honored with induction into the prestigious Wilton T. Anderson Accounting Hall of Fame at OSU. This esteemed recognition not only underscores their remarkable achievements but also serves as a testament to their unwavering dedication and commitment to excellence.

Jack Murray, CPA, earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from OSU in 1985, is a partner at HoganTaylor, and serves as the leader for the company’s Nonprofit Industry Group. 

Fun Fact: Jack isn't just highly involved and passionate about serving nonprofit organizations. He also is a highly sought-after presenter for technical accounting and auditing training. 

Randy Mecklenburg, CPA, earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from OSU in 1973 and is co-founder of the law firm of Harrison & Mecklenburg, which has offices in Kingfisher, Stillwater and Watonga. 

Fun Fact: He attended OSU on a basketball scholarship and was also awarded for receiving the second-highest grade on the CPA exam in the state at the time of his achievement in 1973.
