Impact that Adds Up
October 26, 2026
CPAs across Oklahoma once again proved you can count on the accounting profession during the OSCPA's annual CPA Day of Service. Members and volunteers gathered in communities across the state to lend a hand, support local organizations, and put their time and talents to work.
This year, 218 volunteers supported organizations such as the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, Infant Crisis Services, Junior Achievement of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma City Zoo, along with various other local nonprofits across the state, including Our Daily Bread, the Haskell County Angels Association, and Wings Special Needs Community.
From sorting and packaging food to organizing donations and supporting educational programs, OSCPA members stepped up to make a difference in their communities.

Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma Food and Resource Center
At the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma’s Food and Resource Center in Moore, volunteers helped sort food donations and assist shoppers on the store floor—stocking more than eight crates of food—and supporting the center’s efforts to provide food and resources to families in the community.
Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma
Volunteers also headed to the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma to sort and package essential food items—packing 2,575 pounds of food, providing the equivalent of 2,416 meals. Their work helped ensure families across eastern Oklahoma have access to nutritious food.
Infant Crisis Services
At Infant Crisis Services, volunteers organized and prepared 138 packs of diapers for Oklahoma families with young children. Volunteers sorted and organized donations, such as diapers, formula, clothing and other necessities to support local families.
Junior Achievement of Oklahoma
Volunteers in Oklahoma City supported Junior Achievement of Oklahoma at Finance Park, helping 15 students build financial literacy skills through hands-on learning experiences.
Oklahoma City Zoo
In Oklahoma City, over 50 volunteers worked alongside zoo staff to support the horticulture department in keeping the grounds clean and flower beds refreshed.

The OSCPA CPA Day of Service is part of our commitment to giving back and connecting CPAs with communities across Oklahoma. Whether sorting food, organizing donations, supporting students, or tackling projects behind the scenes, our members continue to show that the impact of CPAs in our communities truly adds up and makes a difference.
