Ashlee Hall, Senior Legal Counsel & Director, Figure Financial
Ashlee Hall, is a tax attorney with nearly 20 years of legal and business experience. Ashlee previously worked at one of the largest tax resolution law firms in the country and, more recently, she was a Senior Manager with Deloitte in its national tax Federal Credits and Incentives group. While at Deloitte, Ashlee focused on Qualified Opportunity Zones and New Markets Tax Credits before she was tasked in March 2020 with digesting the Employee Retention Credit as the relevant legislation, guidance, and updates were released. Ashlee also managed ERC engagements from start to finish primarily for Fortune 500 and middle market companies. Ashlee transitioned to Figure Financial via its ERC service line in early 2022 where she helped build a robust quality control process and has helped eligible business owners claim millions in credits. Ashlee now focuses heavily on ERC substantiation and audits.
