2024 Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
- Exhibitor Sponsorship - $1,000
- Exhibit at the event (Two people from your team may attend)
- Logo/URL on the registration page and virtual event meeting room
- Recognition on all promotions before and during the event
- Post-event report with stats and a participant list
- Virtual Business Card Drop - Collect email addresses from attendees (must donate prize $100+ in value)
- Presenting Sponsorship - $1,500
- Everything included in the Exhibitor Sponsorship package above, plus:
- Promotional PDF (One-page, distributed in attendee e-materials)
- Session introduction at the event (to be given by OSCPA)
- Exclusive Sponsorship - $3,000
- Everything included in the Presenting Sponsorship package, plus:
- Top sponsor recognition at the event
- Lunch, reception, or other special event sponsorship with a 10-minute speaking session during the event (contingent on availability)
- No other companies in the same industry can sponsor the event

2024 Special Events and Opportunities
- Sponsored Webcast - $1,000/event
- Also offered as self-study throughout the year.
- Networking Mix & Mingles – $1,000/event (plus cost of the happy hour)
- Enjoy mingling with CPAs across the state at a Mix and Mingle event that we will customize for you and your targeted audience. Take the opportunity to network with members and get to know each other while having happy hour drinks at both Oklahoma City's and Tulsa's trendiest restaurants and lounges.
- Board of Directors General Meeting - $1,500/meeting
- Sponsor a Board of Directors meeting and network with our board members before the meeting or during specified networking events. The OSCPA Board of Directors meets in February, April, July, and December.
- Annual Members Meeting Reception - $2,500
- Exclusively sponsor the OSCPA's Annual Members Meeting Welcome Reception. Get in front of prominent CPAs and OSCPA board members in a casual environment. Annual Members Meeting locations change annually.
- Lunch + Learns- $1,000/event
- The OSCPA hosts Lunch + Learn CPE events once per month as part of our free CPE offered to members. These hybrid events feature local speakers and topics change monthly creating potential new opportunities for your company's outreach.
- In-Person Attendance: 30-35
- Virtual Attendance: 100+

- Educational Foundation Golf Tournament - July 29, 2024
- Join us as we swing to support student scholarships with our inaugural CPA Classic Golf Tournament at Quail Creek Golf and Country Club in Oklahoma City.
