Join the OSCPA for our monthly Lunch + Learn event over topics important to Oklahoma CPAs. This program focuses on the most overlooked issue in estate planning being long-term. It focuses on the real threat of long-term care to individuals, thier families and estates and on the five ways to pay for care. It distinguishes Medicaid from Medicare and discusses why individuals having significant assets and net worth can qualify for Medicaid. Craig Riffel is a CPA and attorney of Riffel, Riffel & Benham, PLLC, who has offices in Enid, Fairview, Kingfisher and Woodward. He is also development director of Senior Resources & Benefits, LLC. Over the past 30 years, a significant portion of Mr. Riffel’s practice consists of Medicaid, estate planning, and asset protection planning. He teaches continuing education to attorneys on these topics.
